Artist Bio

Leilani DeStefano is a Connecticut based artist currently attending the University of Hartford. She is expected to graduate with a BFA in art, concentration in painting, by the spring of 2027. Upon graduating, DeStefano intends to continue with a master’s in art education. DeStefano's most notable art mediums involve oil and acrylic paint. Common themes across her works are of warm light, fabric, and animals to provide feelings of comfort. Through her art, DeStefano hopes to achieve a connection with the viewer whether it be through nostalgia, resonance, or through thought-provoking conversations.
